CyberKnife G4 performs a fast, effective, painless, extremely accurate and anesthetic-free treatment of the tumor (and metastases). CyberKnife allows treating those patients for whom surgical intervention is impossible or dangerous (also in case if they have contraindications to anesthesia) effectively and safely.

How it works?

The CyberKnife technology allows delivering the required dose of radiation to the tumor in a very accurate way (with the error less than 0.2 mm) without damaging the surrounding healthy organs that is more safely than traditional radiation therapy.

The CyberKnife system uses a high-energy linear accelerator fixed to a robotic arm that has 6 degrees of freedom, which allows treating tumor cells from more than 1800 positions. During the procedure, the patient conveniently lies on the table, while CyberKnife moves around the patient, delivering radiation to the tumor at various angles (multiple beams of high-energy radiation are delivered from multiple points).
